At Matchie Moo, we're dedicated to bringing you the best family matching outfits. We understand that getting your order to you quickly and safely is important, and we want to be fully transparent about our shipping process.
1. Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses outside of Australia at this time.
3. Shipping Origin (Important for Delivery Times)

To offer you a wide range of unique and high-quality matching sets, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers.

This dropshipping model allows us to keep our prices competitive and offer a diverse selection.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Due to the international shipping origin, our estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that these are estimated times. While we strive to meet these, actual delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, postal delays, extreme weather conditions, and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).

For time-sensitive orders (e.g., Christmas gifts): We highly recommend placing your order well in advance. For example, for Christmas deliveries, please order by November 20th to increase the likelihood of arrival before Christmas.

Orders under $50 AUD: A flat rate of $7.99 AUD.

Orders $50 AUD and over: FREE Shipping!

Express Shipping: We currently do not offer an express shipping option due to the international origin of our products.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As your order is being shipped to Australia, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable Australian GST.

You will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery for orders below $1,000 AUD (which is the typical threshold for personal imports into Australia).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Matchie Moo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
